Our salon operates on a structured level system designed to reflect the demand for each stylist’s time and services. As stylists progress through the levels, it signifies their growing popularity and the increasing demand for their expertise within our salon. This system is not based on experience or tenure alone but rather on the stylist’s ability to consistently deliver exceptional results and build a strong client base. Higher levels indicate that a stylist has achieved a high level of trust and preference from our clients, often resulting in fuller schedules and premium services.
The level system benefits both clients and stylists, allowing clients to choose the level of service that best fits their needs and budget while providing a clear path for stylists to grow their careers within our salon. Our salon’s level system is designed to provide clients with flexibility, while offering stylists clear growth opportunities.
Levels 1-2’s
These stylists offer exceptional service at an entry-level price point, perfect for clients seeking quality care with emerging talent.
Levels 3-4’s
Mid-level stylists bring refined expertise and increased demand for their services, offering a balanced blend of experience and value.
Levels 5’s and Higher
