Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. To provide the best experience for all our clients and team, we have the following cancellation and late arrival policy:

• Cancellations: Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to your card on file, which may vary depending on the service reserved.

• No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged to your card on file for 100% of the reserved service amount.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened service to respect the schedule of our other clients. Depending on the timing and service, a late arrival may also be subject to a 50% cancellation fee charged to your card on file. To avoid this, we recommend calling in advance if you anticipate being late, so we can make the best effort to accommodate your needs.

Please note these charges only apply to changes and cancellations made within the 24-hour window prior to your scheduled service.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any product that doesn’t fall under our Kerastase, Shu Uemura, or Eminence lines, we will happily exchange or refund unopened items for an available equivalent within 30 days of purchase.

Corrections Policy

If you’re unhappy with any services provided, please inform us promptly. We offer a two-week window for correction appointments to address any concerns. Rest assured, we’ll make every effort to schedule your fix appointment as soon as possible.
