Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to your card on file, which may vary depending on the service reserved. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged to your card on file for 100% of the reserved service amount.
We operate primarily by appointment to ensure every guest receives a personalized, unrushed experience.
Because our stylists work on customized services and detailed consultations, most appointments are reserved in advance. This allows us to dedicate the proper time and attention to each guest.
We occasionally have same-day availability, and you’re always welcome to call or check online for openings. However, we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred stylist and ideal time.
