Our Cancellation Policy

Please call us for appointment cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a deposit equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. “NO SHOWS” will be subject to 100% of the reserved service amount. Rescheduling within a 24 hour period will result in a 50% deposit towards your next scheduled service.

Note these charges only apply to changes and cancellations within the 24 hour window.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any product that doesn’t fall under our Kerastase, Shu Uemura, or Eminence lines, we will happily exchange or refund unopened items for an available equivalent within 30 days of purchase.

Corrections Policy

If you’re unhappy with any services provided, please inform us promptly. We offer a two-week window for correction appointments to address any concerns. Rest assured, we’ll make every effort to schedule your fix appointment as soon as possible.
